Foster's Breakfast & Afterschool club - Application forms

Please fill in the above application forms if you wish for your child to attend Breakfast club, Afterschool club or both. Please note that on most days we are currently full and your child will be placed onto a waiting list. We will contact you when a space has become available.

The school runs a variety of clubs over the course of the year. These include Football, Gymnastics, Dance, Science, French, Homework, Choir, Karate, Violin, Guitar and Baseball.
