Fosters School Nursery places for September 2026

Application for September 2026 Nursery places will open in January 2026 and closes on 6th April 2026.

You can apply if your child was born between 1st September 2022 and 31st August 2023.

If you live in the borough of Bexley, applications should be made on line from 16 January 2026 at www.bexley.gov.uk/admissions

Foster’s School Nursery is a 26 place nursery, running five full time sessions a week (Monday-Friday 9am-3pm) for a maximum of 26 children in each session from September. 

Parents/Carers who do not qualify for 30 hours free childcare will need to pay £20 per day for the additional 3 hours. This will be invoiced half termly and added to your child's My Child at School (MCAS) account. Parents/Carers are also able to pay these fees using Childcare vouchers or Tax free childcare also.

Children are invited to have a school provided hot meal from our in house catering company, Independent Catering. These are charged at £2.55 daily and can be paid for via your child's MCAS account. Alternatively, your child is able to bring a packed lunch from home for no extra charge.

An initial application MUST be made to the local authority.

If you choose to bring your child with you to these visits they will be very welcome and there will be the opportunity for them to play in our setting environments whilst staff will be available to answer any questions parents may have.
