Fosters school nursery places for September 2023
Application for September 2023 Nursery places is now open and closes on 6th April 2023.
You can apply if your child was born between 1st September 2019 and 31st August 2020.
If you live in the borough of Bexley, applications should be made on line from 16 January 2023 at www.bexley.gov.uk/admissions
Foster’s School Nursery is a 52 place nursery, running five 3 hour morning or afternoon sessions for a maximum of 26 children in each session from September. There is also the option of up to four and half full days to make use of the 30 hour funded child care option if families qualify.
Sessions run from 8.45-11.45am and 12.25-3.25pm, with the option of lunch between ( a packed lunch should be provided please ).
An initial application MUST be made to the local authority BUT preferences for morning / afternoon / full day sessions should be made directly to the school.
Foster’s school will be offering four ‘Come and play’ visits of one hour each this term for families wishing to apply for Nursery places, starting September 2023.
These will be held on a variety days at different times so we do hope you are able to join us for a visit.
The current nursery children will not be present so the room and garden will be set up for you to visit our wonderful indoor & outdoor spaces and resources, there will also be a power point showing the wide variety of current exciting nursery activities available.
If you choose to bring your child with you to these visits they will be very welcome and there will be the opportunity for them to play in our setting environments whilst staff will be available to answer any questions parents may have.
Whilst babies and toddlers can be accommodated, we politely request you do not bring older siblings – thank you.

Tuesday 24th January 3.30-4.30pm
Saturday 4th February 10-11am
Wednesday 22nd February 3.30-4.30pm
Friday 24th March 2-3pm
